Tina M. Baxter is a highly accomplished advanced practice registered nurse and board-certified gerontological nurse practitioner with over two decades of experience in the healthcare industry. Residing in Anderson, Indiana, Tina has dedicated her career to improving the lives of patients and empowering healthcare professionals.

As the owner of Baxter Professional Services, LLC, Tina offers a broad range of services, including legal nurse consulting, wellness and chronic disease management coaching, and tailored educational and operational resources for healthcare organizations. She is also a recognized speaker and educator, having presented at numerous national conferences on topics related to geriatric care, patient safety, and legal nurse consulting.

Tina is the founder of The Nurse Shark Academy, where she coaches nurses on how to successfully launch and scale their own businesses. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Taylor University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Anderson University.
