"Making Waves Together: The Nurse Shark Academy & 2024 One Million William Link Up for Success!"

The Nurse Shark Academy Subscribers  Are Invited to Partner on LinkedIn Content & Events: Let's Explore Our Collaborative Marketing Fit to Expand Our LinkedIn Reach Together

One of my top goals for the third quarter is to build collaborative marketing relationships with “Nursing News You Can Use” subscribers. Partnering with Smart Women Partner & Grow Rich on the first annual Nursing Enterprise Developers Week (July 15 - 21) has lit a fire under me to begin laying the foundation for a virtual bridge that connects my business, The Nurse Shark Academy, and women whose businesses not only complement mine but also represent my ideal clients. Together, we can create joint content on LinkedIn that will catapult our businesses, counteracting the current algorithm changes.

I invited co-marketing strategist @Jerrilynn B. Thomas, founder of Smart Women Partner & Grow Rich, to analyze my business and LinkedIn newsletter to help me figure out how to engage collaboratively with “Nursing News You Can Use” subscribers. As a registered participant of the 2024 One Million Woman Link Up—a movement to spark collaborative marketing relationships among 1 million female LinkedIn members organized by Smart Women Partner & Grow Rich—I’m building a tribe, Nursing Enterprise Developers, to expand my marketing reach and include my subscribers.

“Nursing News You Can Use” Co-Marketing Partnership Analysis

Collaborative marketing relationships are crucial not only for my business but for yours as well. If you’ve been putting them on the back burner, it’s time to move them to the front. Jerrilynn asked me a series of questions to acquaint herself with my business, newsletter, and personal marketing style. Here’s what I shared:

What does your business do? And how does it do it better than any other company?

Tina Baxter is The Nurse Shark, the only nurse business mentor who utilizes an innovative, proven, three-step HE-ME-WE framework. This approach is designed for nurses worldwide who seek the freedom to live on their own terms in an era where many feel stressed, burnt-out, and unappreciated. Tina's unique framework empowers nurses to reclaim their time, autonomy, and control over their career direction and future.

What audience does it serve?

My primary market is established nurses, globally, whether retired, transitioning, or currently employed, who:

Desire to do more with their career.

Are business owners or potential business owners wanting to reclaim their time and autonomy.

Want to feel in control of their future and life direction.

Educate me about one or more pain points your target audience has.

Many nurses feel overwhelmed and underappreciated in their roles. The Nurse Shark Academy addresses this by creating a community that fosters growth, support, and empowerment. Just as nurse sharks in nature are social creatures that nurture their young, we cultivate an environment where nurses support and elevate each other, fostering a sense of control and direction in their professional and personal lives.

Who are you and what makes you unique?

Helping you navigate the journey of building and growing your business is my unwavering promise. Using our holistic HE-ME-WE framework, we offer strategies, insights, and encouragement to empower you on your entrepreneurial path. Assisting you in achieving your goals through tailored advice, continuous learning, and a collaborative approach is at the heart of everything I do. Together, we'll work towards realizing your vision and making a positive impact in the healthcare industry. You'll feel more fulfilled and confident, bask in an atmosphere of peace and complete joy, and reclaim your passion for nursing.

Do you consider yourself to be an introvert, ambivert, or extrovert?
